WebAssembly Blocked
Hospitality Libre requires WebAssembly to render graphics. Safari has blocked WebAssembly, which usually happens when Lockdown Mode is enabled.

Tap the Page Settings menu in Safari's address bar (the aA icon or menu slider).

Tap Website Settings.

Turn Lockdown Mode: Off for this site.

Tap Refresh Page below.
Privacy Note: This only creates an exception for hospitalitylibre.com. Lockdown Mode remains active for all other websites and apps on your device.
